With the current platform you can narrow by star rating once you have searched for a specific product but you cant just search for all products that have 4 stars and higher.

Once you have input watch and get to the proper department for your search (in this case Watches) you can look down the page on the left hand side and you will see Avg. Customer Review. There is a link there next to the star ratings (& Up), click that and it will show you the watches that have 4 star ratings and higher.

I received this response from Google when I ran your query:

The query is too long to process. Try using a shorter query.
You may not be able to get exactly what you want from a search. Google has limited the length and complexity of searches allowed.

When I'm creating a more complex Google search, I build it in stages.

            Start with a smaller search.
            Test it.
See if you got what you expected.
Tweak it. With and without quotes, parenthesis, etc.
            Add more to the search.

            etc.

At some point Google will complain about the search or 'query'. A little more tweaking may work but you're about at Googles limits.

            Good luck.
