Have you been successful with Flippa?

If you have been successful with Flippa, are you interested in partnering with someone that has a LOT of sites 'Flippa ready'?

I don't know where to start, and thought about posting on here.

Willing to split commission on all sites. Please PM me. Thanks....

What do you mean by 'Flippa ready'?

    Are they start-up websites?
    Do they have earnings?

Flippa.com is a 'websites for sale site', from 1$ upwards.

There are a few genuine sellers but a lot of scammers, be careful if you are tempted to buy or you may get burned, always check the background of any site, they are not all they appear to be, neither is the traffic or the earnings.

In addition they may newish sites be built on aged domain names.
However there are many new sites for sale, that do not claim earnings or traffic, some people make a living selling sites this way, obviously they sell for a lot less money and give someone a chance to buy a site with a lot of the donkey work done.

Flippa is overloaded with low end junk aimed at first time buyers who don't know any better. Luke's recent newb blog posts indicate that this is the market they're targeting, and it seems to be working very well for them. It's not working for me though (apart from feeding my blog!). I'm sure other marketplaces have the same problem with junk listings but I tend to only look at Flippa and Goddady these days.

Yea it seems like everything I've been finding on Flippa always ends up having some sort of red flag to it. You'll find some nice looking sites for sale and then you find that piece of information that turns you off and gets you questioning why it is being sold. It doesn't help that everyone's reason for selling is because they are "busy with another project".
