Direct-linking Amazon in 2nd tier search engines?

I know Amazon TOS says that PPC is not allowed, but they only listed Google, Yahoo and Bing. I'm assuming that's because Amazon itself pays for ads in those engines. However, I don't think they have presence in 2nd tier search engines, so i was wondering if anyone has successfully direct-linked in 2nd tier engines like 7search without getting banned by Amazon?

    Here is what they write:
"We're writing to let you know about a change to the Amazon Associates Program. After careful review of how we are investing our advertising resources, we have made the decision to no longer pay referral fees to Associates who send users to Amazon. com through keyword bidding and other paid search on Google, Yahoo, MSN, and other search engines, and their extended search networks. If you're not sure if this change affects you, please visit this page for FAQs."

I see, guess I didnt really notice that..

Still, it would be interesting to see if anyone has been able to do it and not get noticed by Amazon?
