Are ClickBank teasing me?

Hi! I'm trying to get my product approved by ClickBank, but the whole process is so freaking slow and they ask one and one question on each ticket update... So I'm wondering if they are teasing me...

And ClickBank's "Product Specialist" ask me stupid questions like: "Can you please give me access to all the three products?" When I have gived her access twice before...

It have gone almost 4 weeks since I submitted my products for approval, but the "Product Specialist" keep on asking me stupid questions all the time...

Have anyone else experienced this?

It depends what you mean by "teasing", I think, Jimmy.

Please don't take this the wrong way - no offense is intended. But if it's the "not yet active" one showing in your sig-file, I suspect they're going to give you the run around, big time, with that, because of its sales page. And it's also possible that you'll encounter other legal/regulatory difficulties, for the same reason.

I appreciate that, living in Scandinavia, you may not quite be subject to FTC rules in quite the same way as a US citizen, but I offer you the observation that the registration of your .com domain, at least, as some people have found to their cost, is subject to FTC jurisdiction. Do you think some legal advice might be a good idea?

Hi Alexa and thank you for your reply!

What's the deal with the domain name? It's three normal words that's listed in the dictonary, and not any brand names.

Just the fact that it's a .com.

That fact gives the FTC both the power and the ability to take your site offline (exactly like they did earlier this year with all the .com poker-sites belonging to offshore/foreign companies and hosted elsewhere) if your sales page isn't FTC compliant.

Jimmy, I'm not a lawyer, but my very strong impression is that your proposed sales page breaks many laws/rules/regulations (I think surely European ones as well as obviously FTC regulations?).

I've been wrong before, but with ClickBank trying so hard, at the moment, over new products, to be FTC compliant, and with them recently having brought in all these new policies and procedures for sales pages, I'll be extremely surprised if they accept it. What puzzles me (and suggests that I may perhaps be wrong!) is that they're apparently still asking questions after a month rather than having told you so, openly. This I don't understand.

To be honest, I don't know how Clickbank is still around. It's not that they are teasing you, it's that they have terrible client service. You would think they would read one of the many products listed on their site about outsourcing to India or Phillippines!

If you are itching to get your product off the ground, may I suggest DigiResults or JVzoo. Both have instant approval, and many affiliate marketers are going to these sites to pick up products to promote.

If not, good luck wit Clickbank!
