Plugins to post S3 .avis or .mp4 in wordpress

I have a bunch of videos I want to start posting on my wordpress.
I've looked into a bunch of options but can't find the best way to post Amazon s3 videos in a wordpress post.
Can anyone offer advice? (Is it as easy as just adding media and inserting a URL?)
