Amazon affiliate experts - how do you links to various country specific amazon links

I have an amazon UK and US account, at the moment i only have the link pointing to amazon.com. It seems a waste not to somehow convert the .co.uk visitors into sales too?

What is the easiest way to do this?

I think just adding a button for either country but i didnt know if there was some sort of redirect script you could use or something

    I did for a bit and gave up because I got far more traffic from the US and it converted better. That may be due to my .com domain.

    In the future (if) I target the UK market I'll use a .co.uk domain name because in my experience they outrank .com domains for UK traffic and it's clearer to people searching on Google that it is a UK site they're visiting.

      I use the easyAzon plugin that lets you do this. I haven't had much success with the amazon link localizer in the past.

      I agree with Big Al though - it's much easier to just use .com and target US than try to rank for both UK and US and lose sales to one of those geographical markets if you don't have a tool to successfully help you monetize both.

      I only use the plugin to help catch some UK sales if they arise but I usually just target US traffic and sales.

        I developed my own International link localizer because those out there are very very limited in features, and could not handle the different product numbers for different countries and would just go to a search page.

        The wordpress one as you read above people seem to have issue with and its very limited.

        So I developed my own which is completely customizable and I also added a custom manual flag feature in addition to the geo location feature.
