Fiverr Suspended my Gig temporarily just because someone reported- They did not even Verify? WTF?

I have a backlinking Gig on fiverr which was getting consistently around 5 to 7 orders a day. And after 3 months with around 500 feedback(Not a top ratd) my Gig was sent to review saying the image which I used was inappropriate because some 3rd party use complained

Whats the Catch?

Well, I am damn sure its my competitor. Actually many clone gigs popped up just because I was the initiator and they previously too many have tried to attack me but somehow I got out of it..

But now I used an Image which I searched from Google Search and took it from a wordpress blog and that blog had no mention that the image was copyrighted

Fiverr directly suspended my Gig and told me to replace it

I replaced it with a new image and now 48 hours passed and my Gig is still under Review

I sent them numerous messages and all they say is to stay Patient....I dont mind to wait but it has cost me around 100$ loss because my gig was unavailable for 2 days and now my competitors are enjoying that

I am 100% sure its my competitor who complaint it......

    Bummer. But as long as you get your Gig back with loads of great feedback, then maybe it's not to bad. You could have had a high ranking website that was earning you money hand over fist, then comes along Panda and your $1000's worse off. Hope you get your Gig back soon.

    Well, my website has not started earning yet. It will take time to start earning. I hope they review it soon but this kind of slow behavior wasnt expected from them...

      You know, they denied my Fiverr gig after I had my first negative review, even though it was my second order.

      I'm not sure exactly why I received the low rating or what they said, because I did everything I stated I'd do. Just simply that I'd give a shout out on Twitter and FB to check out there page, and that I couldn't guarantee clicks or sales. I guess you just can't make anyone happy. It's a risk they're willing to take for $5.

    First, let us agree, you screwed up, maybe it is the image owner.

    To make an image, you would pay $5 on fiverr, why would you risk copyrighted material ?

    I imagine the person you lifted the image from without permission complained. It doesn't have to say it's copyrighted to be copyrighted.
