    Why would it matter where the testimonials came from as long as they're legit customers?

    WSOs are nothing to do with WF members, they're just offers for publicly available stuff at a better than publicly available price.

    It's NORMAL for your testimonials to come from customers outside the WF.

    Sure; you can use testimonials from any source, as long as they are legit. However, you may want to keep an eye of FTC rulings and guidelines regarding testimonials and endorsements.

    I don't see any issue with it unless WF has a problem with it but don't see it in their rules. I see people doing that and posting reviews from customers of other WSO's that they offer that aren't related to the new one they are advertising - they are generally just posting them to show that they do offer quality products.
