I put my hands behind my head, took a deep breath and started to relax......

My eyes then caught SeoQuake which told me the site had a PR of 6. I started to then think about if there are a load of non rendered backlinks behind the lovely sea view png file.

<fail>, relax, breath in, breath out.

Excellent, but adjusting time would be helpful. This could serve as an introduction to meditation. You need to calm down a bit before meditation, because if you don't you may be too excited to meditate at all.
