I saw a great quote on a sales page today. It said, "There are those that make things happen and there are those that wonder what happened."

Which of those two groups do you want to start the new year off belonging to?

There's no doubt that you have heard people saying that you must take action to make things happen. So, what does that mean? Taking action means different things to different people. Here are a couple of examples...

Person A - Taking action to Person A means waking up in the morning, grabbing a cup of coffee, heading to the Warrior Forum and participating in some threads. Before he knows it, Person A's day is just about gone, but he feels good knowing that he spent time in a marketing forum. Person A takes action.

Person B - This guy gets up, drinks his coffee just like the other dude, but instead of heading straight to a chat forum, he researches some keywords. When he finds a niche that he thinks he can profit from, Person B finds a suitable product in that niche, then builds a squeeze page and a series of email followups. When he is done with that, he checks out the forum for a little while, looks into some new buzzwords that he saw mentioned, and then goes back to researching more niches. Person B takes action.

Both of these guys want to make money online. Both feel like they are doing something to bring their goals closer. One of them will actually get there.

Are you Person A or Person B?

I would consider myself to be Person B. Although, i would have to gauge my results from my previous actions to determine if i was just acting busy or being busy and expecting results/benefits (income$).

    Person B.

60 minutes of work, 10 minutes break. I usually just get stretch and browse forums in that 10 minutes.

First I check the obituaries, if I'm not in them I head to the WF. All the money making stuff sort of just happens.

      This is a good thread..

I think it should be eye-opening to a lot of people. I get a lot of customers, many from my WSOs, that tell me how much they work but how little they make with IM.

It comes down to productivity. Are you BUSY or are you PRODUCTIVE?

      The difference is success.

I'm person A. When i wake up, i take my multi-vitamin, brush my teeth, eat my breakfast, workout, then begin my 6-hour marketing plan. Now while i do more than person A when it comes to marketing.... i put just about as much effort and time in my marketing strategy like he/she does.

    Clever post EBR.

More of a B, but I don't build a ton of niche websites.

Its just a clever way for you to take look at yourself, and decide if you might need to change your habits, in order to give yourself a better chance at success.

About 80% of the time, Person A. The remaining 80% of the time, Person B.

They say people who are self-employed only have to work half days ... and they get to choose which 12 hours.
