I may be new but I'm not stupid

I have had such a giggle over the last 2 days.

I have had the same person apply 15 times to become an affiliate of mine and each time they have used a different paypal address. They don't reply to the email that DigiResults sends on my behalf asking them for more information but in their initial application they say the exactly the same thing:

"I promote by A large number of email list!". They may be stupid but they are persistent.

    Sorry Diana,

I meant no harm. I only wanted to promote your offer with my large number of email list.

I was planning on buying through my own affiliate links and refunding. Not intending on giving back my commissions I know Diana would have done the honorable thing and refunded me the entire amount each time.

Hey, it's a living. WSO coming soon.

That's amusing, just one thing seems weird to me, how could he sign up with different Paypal addresses, I thought every Paypal account needs to have a special bank account connected with it to make any payments...?

True but you can add multiple email address to a single paypal account...and you only need a bank account for a business PP account, a personal one doesnt need it

Actually, I don't think it's the same person. I suspect it's another "new" How-To-Screw-DigiResult-Sellers type of brainfart product of a fellow IMer... teaching to add this "magic" sentence to their application.

Even worse, it might be a reincarnation of a software (earlier sold here as a WSO until banned) making possible to mass-apply as affiliate to multiple products.

I am getting many 'applications' with the exact same text - they all go to the garbage bin.

Well- One can create unlimited fake PP accounts...

NO.... You only need to register a bank account if you wish to withdraw your funds in your bank account....

I've a friend with 7-8 PP accounts with diff name lol..

A prime example of why it's important to screen affiliates. I used to approve everybody until I realized how damaging it could be to have someone like that being affiliated with my products.

By the way, Diana, it seems like you're taking huge steps in your IM venture. Congrats! I'm fairly new myself and remember some of your posts when you first became a member, it's cool to see you doing well already.

But hey, 97... the perfect age for any self-respecting IM'er to expire.

after all, we all know that 97 converts better.

LOL, The Castle was a great movie. Sometimes I think I'm the only person outside of Australia that liked it, though.
