I have around $320 to spend. Here is my plan: I am going to buy a website [deleted]- starter package. Once it is done i will do seo until all pages have a decent ranking if I still have money then i will buy some articles to post, by then i will not have anymore money. I will wait till some sales come in (If any) Then do more seo and buy more quality articles. Any suggestions? Thank you for your advice!

Risky? Not really... However, Personally I would just start from scratch and make the site myself..

    Life is about taking risks..
If you're successful after this - you'll pull in sales and make money.
If you're not successful after this - you would have learned something and will be better at it the next time.

Reach for the top and take action TODAY.

Why not do some of that work yourself? Write the articles, make a free blog, etc? It's better to try and grunt through it rather than pay others to do the work for you. Then you know what you'll get, and you'll get an education in the process.

Don't pay anybody just pay for the site and hosting, and do the rest yourself.. test it for 3 months then after that see if you need to hire someone..

    Hi,

Don't buy the websites until you know how to do them. Wordpress is easy and it's good for promoting affiliates product.

Let's see. You haven't done extensive industry, niche market, online consumer market, business market, affiliate product market, offline and online competition, syndication/advertising channel availability and keyword research and analysis, but you're already talking about:

GETTING SALES?! Specifically, from doing what you mentioned below:

I think you need to create a daily marketing plan. As far as blowing the $320 on articles, i think you should reconsider. I would take $50 of that money and invest in PPC to test the market and see if it's responsive. Run a squeeze page offer and see if people are subscribing. If you see that it's highly responsive, roll out with a deluxe free marketing campaign, and advertise in areas where you can get the most value out of your money.

Don't rely on SEO alone. Diversify and start using forums, videos, and articles to promote your business. By the way... what niche are you in?

It is easier and a lot cheaper to just do the site yourself. Wordpress.com is free and easy. Get a domain on NameCheap for less than $10 and you're set.

I don't mean to sound harsh but based on everything you've
written in this thread so far I'd say you should just take the
$320 and light it on fire.

You'll get the same end result but it will be much quicker,
less painful and far more entertaining.

Minimizing your expenditure should be your priority as you enter into this business. You will, of course, realize that you need more money to enable the business stabilize. It would be, therefore, better if you try and do some of the things yourself. Embark on building your own website and try to do the articles yourself. Money spared from this will be much helpful especially when you consider other things such as marketing, off-line and on-line competition, advertisement etc. that you have to do.

It's a bad idea to buy a deleated website. I advice you buy a new domain which will cost you $15-$20 then post some content which will cost around $100 & make the site beautiful+informative. Then using remaining $200 you can bring your site in top page of google fo at least 5 keywords $40 each. This is my idea I think by this way you can spend your $30 in a great & useful way.
