Pop Up Or On Page Form

What do people find converts better, pop up form or an on-the-page sign up form. And if a pop up when would be the best time for it to appear - as the person leaves the page or when they arrive?

    That's something that you should test as it could/will be different in every case. As a consumer, though, I can tell you that I've never in my life opted into a pop up.

    It depends on your niche. As for me, the popups convert better. I set it to a point where a person has to be there for 10 seconds for it to popup. The sidebar opt-in does fine as well though. Your offer also has a big part to play in this.
