Pop-up Domination AWOL??

I upgraded to the newest version of Pop-up Domination recently. It does not work for me. I've tried 4 times to seek technical help from the makers, but never get a response... so I'm wondering if anyone here has solved this problem?

Has anyone else had the issue where nothing graphic shows up in the PUD plug-in? No picture of a pop-up window, no menu items working, etc. Were you able to fix it on your own?

Does anyone know what is happening with the company that makes this product?

    If you've upgraded to the newest wordpress dashboard, it conflicts with popup domination. So it's either you turn it off or there is a fix but it is kind of in the technical side. Not so hard to do though just a bit risky but after doing it to my site, it works perfectly now.

      How do you "turn off" the latest dashboard?
      Do they have a fix being prepared for POD?

      I wish they'd answer their emails.

    i'm pretty sure if you log back into the downloads area for popup dom 3 they have updated it so it works with the new wordpress..

    Nope. I love this product but it's still not working and they just released a new update today.

    For me the problem is getting the mailing list feature to work. At least in aweber. I've tried the api and the raw html code source box and neither work. I'm extremely disappointed AND a little angry that I've upgraded to this new version and it hasn't worked since it's release.

    So no pop ups and no customer service emails. They sent out a mass email a few weeks ago saying they were swamped in customer service requests and that they'd get to you in a minute. That was weeks ago. They won't be responding. I think they are still trying to work out the glitches though. That's why I won't initiate a refund just yet.
