In theory (although I am making money)

The facts are set a website up! Easy doesn't really matter what it looks like reasonably good, reflects what your selling and your domain name is in relation to what your selling.

Once you've done this it's simple all you need is traffic!!!! Ha work that out! If you can find ways to get up the rankings and get traffic you'll earn a fortune!

However you need the traffic anyone care to share any ideas how to get free traffic???

      It's only as difficult as you make it, yes there's hard work etc but read what I said I make money not millions what you need to make millions is targeted traffic! A simple site of MODERATE quality and away to go!

    I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here. I make a living by internet marketing and you left out some very serious points that I won't elaborate on but...

    The quality of your site will definitely mean lots when it comes to google, you have lot's to learn especially when it comes to Google's ever changing algorithm (not fun).

    Research, keywording, cross-channel marketing, credibility, seo, worrying about the denstiy of your keywords, fresh content, effective backlinking, anchorlinking (aka anchor text) etc. And this is just skimming the iceberg. There's just waay to much to list here.

    But to get free traffic there's many ways. It really depends on what you're marketing and if your site is a service based site or just a product based site? These things need to be evaluated before you think about bringing traffic to your site. Most sites fail because they get a bad rap because they are not thinking about the psychology of the person visiting the site. Don't just slap it together, get in the minds of those people you're wanting to spend at your site. I make over $11,000 every month, I know a thing or two about marketing and you will make the same type of money once you look at things from a different perspective.

      Ya.

      Build a nice looking site that can handle the logical flow of sales. Once people get to your site....they need to be directed...so it matters a lot what your site looks like...but more how it actually functions to direct traffic and convert your visitors to buyers.

      How to get traffic? This is a big subject...with more than one answer for sure. There are several ways as dannygnenerate touched on.

      You want details on how to generate traffic? It's gonna take some time, tools, and dedication. Keyword research, backlinking, high PR backlinks to place in Google for competitive niche keywords, well done On Page SEO, well written articles because content is king!

      How do you do all that? Spend the time learning the tools...or you can hit the links in my sig...that give you mostly free stuff to work with...

    I am now making a full time living out of Internet Marketing
    However you need the traffic anyone care to share any ideas how to get free traffic???
    If, seriously, you are making a full time living FROM Internet Marketing, why, can't you afford to pay for traffic?

      I am NOT making a full time living I paid for that to be written that site is on a 30 day free trial using a method I was asked to try to make different sources. My sites make money through movie CPA, e-bay affiliate, amazon and adsense!

      What I have done on that site is offered the 9 steps I was given to make money!

        If that's the case, then drop the free site and concentrate on the avenues that are already making you money, i.e. the movie CPA, e-bay affiliate, amazon and adsense. It is more than obvious that you are spending too much time on something that is harder work than what is already working.

        Work on what is working, not on what isn't.

    Worst Title to content thread ever!

    Getting traffic requires very hard work that just isn't easy (unless you strike luck and your content somehow goes viral)

    People who want to become millionaires online generally don't have the time required to be able to build traffic as they may work full-time.

    It's very rare to become a millionaire overnight in this biz.

    Free traffic?

    You need to do cross channel marketing. Make youtube videos (along with over video services) with value that has a call to action at the end of each video.

    Go to twitter, search for keywords and answer questions based on your knowledge and leave your link. Dont just leave your link this will be considered spam and you will be banned.

    Create a blog that has anchorlinks back to your website.

    Network... Get involved with people that talk about the same thing as you.

    Comment on blogs and leave your link. Make sure your comment is helpful or at least relevant.

    offer a portion of your services for free... like a preview and never get the call to action.

    Just depends on what your site is about.

    I think you may be missing a large piece of the puzzle here...

    You also need conversions.

    If you have conversions then you can buy as much traffic you need.


    After having a quick look at your site I suspect that your conversions are where your problems are...

    1) it does f**king matter what it looks like (and works like)
    2) your domain name doesn't matter (unless you're going the EMD route which is something of a discussion point)
