Craigslist autoposting

INTERNET MARKETING

I was on Craigslist and found this ad that linked to a blog post and this is what the guy claimed

"I post this blog to every subdomain in craigslist.com the world over and never get in trouble for it."

Anyone, have a clue how this might be done?

It is not impossible to post in every city in craigslist with the same ad. Was his ad plain text or an image? If it was plain text, then there had to have been hidden HTML characters to make it appear "unique" to cl. If it was an image, he just had to name the image differently for every post.

That being said, posting today is MUCH more difficult than it was a few years ago. The cost to run PVA's, proxies, and then have the risk of ghosting is just too much for many people to handle.

I am not saying it ISN'T possible.. but his claim is very, very large.

Hey may think that he is getting away with it, but Craigslist is probably ghosting his ads.

They have not allowed live links in posts (especially spammy posts) for years!

He posts the ad, and HE can go to it and see it. BUT, if he goes onto another computer/IP and tried to find the ad he just posted its not there. "Ghosted"
