Suggestions needed regarding paying employee in Karachi Pakistan

Hello there I have been currently paying an employee through Elance which
has become very frustrating to say the least. I do not find Elance to be very user friendly.

Apparently PayPal is not available in Pakistan. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions regarding any other payment methods that I could use when it comes to paying someone in Pakistan.

All your responses are greatly appreciated.

Try Xoom. I don't see Pakistan directly in the list of countries though an article mentioned you can use Xoom to transfer money to Pakistan

Been through that with coders in Lahore and Islamabad. Solution was to use Rentacoder.

Ask them to register with Rentacoder and then do a private bid request to them.

Rentacoder charges them less than the banks or Western Union charge them to collect incoming wires. Rentacoder has all the transmission details set up in faraway places like Karachi.

    Cheers

Try moneybookers.com. They also have an escrow service.
