Has anyone use QR Code to promote your site/blog?

As I understand that it is easy to create QR code for your site/blog, has anyone tried using QR (Quick Response) code to promote your site/blog? If yes, any idea what is the response like?

I personally thought that it could be another channel of promotion since smartphones adoption is so high nowadays.

    Yes QR codes r good if u put it in brochures, fliers, address cards, window glass etc.
    And yes my Goog analytics says I get mobile visitors in my website.
