Sony Bloggie Vs. Flip Ultra HD

I'm looking to stop using my crappy webcam for shooting videos and don't want to go TOO premium but have heard good things about both the Sony Bloggie and the Flip Ultra HD.

I was sold on the Bloggie plus it's $50 cheap versus the $150 Flip, then I saw a video comparing the quality of the two and the bloggie was a bit fuzzy comparatively.

I'm not familiar with these cameras so I was very interested to see if anyone had experience with either and could recommend or give any more info on them.

    Well in all honesty it depends if you want quality (Flip) or a lower price point (Bloggie). You have to decide for yourself which tradeoff better suites your needs.

    If you have the money to get the flip then go for it! BUT if you are a little conscious about saving, go with the bloggie, us that to make some more money and then you can updrage to the flip in a little bit.

    I have absolutely no problem spending an extra $50 if the Flip is indeed that much better. It's just I can't get into the next echelon of spending $500+ for an SLR.

    I take it the 3rd generation is the latest. If a few more people chime in here with praise of the Ultra then I'll prolly go ahead. Thanks for the feedback so far guys!
