Why do sales pages like today's WSO of the Day not get shut down by PayPal?

I'm curious if anyone has any insights into this.

I've been avoiding promoting any kind of sales pages that are "make money"-ish like today's WSO of the Day and a lot of the WSOOTDs actually.

With all the PayPal scares I've heard on here lately I'm wondering why PayPal doesn't shut down marketers with sales pages like those.

Do you think it's just luck that they don't get shut down or what?

By the way, I have nothing against those kind of sales pages at all.

I'm just curious about where PayPal really draws the line with internet marketing niche sales pages and offers.

I thought they do get shut down from time to time. Lets not encourage them

I wonder how the heck Mike Lantz doesn't get shut down for promoting them then lol...

Not saying I wish him that AT ALL...

I'm guessing it's because he does so much volume that it's overlooked or something. Just like ClickBank.

Maybe it's because they don't have a business account at PayPal? Lots of payments into a normal PayPal account might cause suspicion?

I don't think any of them SHOULD be shut down.

I'm just wondering WHY those type of sales pages get people shut down.

EDIT: That's not really the right wording.

The right wording is... you all know exactly what I'm talking about if you've been on this forum for longer than 6 months.

Sales pages that seem to get into earnings and are positioned like that seem to get marketers shut down. And other sales pages don't.

So I'm wondering is there a line that you can't cross? Or is it just all based on luck? Or if you do so much volume does PayPal not treat you like the rest?
