How about one of those cpa offers from an online university that offers medical billing courses?

I made some money a few years back advertising for an online college like this. Too bad they ended the program I was getting a couple hundred a month. I'm sure they are still out there somewhere...

• there's a lot of small text which I would increase - anything below 11px is considered poor accessibility
• if possible can the drop shadow on the text or improve it - looks old skool!
• make the buttons and headers on the left site all line up neatly
• get a position:fixed "back to top" link in there as the page is quite long (on my netbook!)

1. Create videos providing valuable information to those seeking medical billing training and include a call to action at the end of each video that re-directs them to your website. Distribute your videos to popular video websites (e.g. youtube). Make sure you search engine optimize these videos upon submission for keywords you would like to rank for in the search engines.

2. Go to Facebook and utilize their advertising system.

3. Go to craigslist and find people who do not have jobs. Offer them your service in a professional manner. You can even make job listings on craigslist. With a little creativity in your ads you can get a lot of people interested.

4. Look into Google Plus. Find your target niche. Get involved. Refer them to the offer. Do so in a manner that will allow them to see you as a person who is interested in helping them as apposed to someone who is just looking to advertise to them.

5. Just as Matt recommended, change the font size of the content you have on your website to something a little bigger. The website should be user friendly.
