I made my first check writing articles reviewing clickbank products, took me months (was clueless when I first started). That was 6 years ago. Now I've quit my offline job, made it into the Clickbank Platinum group (as a vendor) for 3 years in a row, and have a team of 12 people working for me.

i am running an online store, supplying products to customers in my country. Before i even start my store, i wasted many hours and night searching sites and other online stores in order to find things that people in my country buy and use in their everyday life. I made a list and separated the products with a profit margin over 30 percents. The profit margin was based on my buying price and the price other people and stores sale the product in my country. After that i ordered the products and while i waited for them to arrive i set up my online store and i have done some marketing. In the time the products arrived i had already many people interested in them and i had to order some more. When they arrived i contacted my customers and supply them with the products.

My first sale was not that good. But as I figure out some ways to boost my sales it keeps getting better in time. With the use of right marketing strategies an don't forget to have a lot of patience. |

You have to keep sharing your site to your different social media. It's really a great platform to generate more traffic. you have to create a good advertising and marketing strategy. |

Getting my first sale wasn't that easy. It took me a lot of time and effort to get my first sale. But it's definitely worth the wait. |

I was ADVERTISING it to a group of people on a forum interested in starting their own business. The product/service doesn't really matter as long as the INTERSECTION you select/develop is the meetup point between a seeking prospect...and the thing they are seeking. Don't over complicate it. gjabiz

My first sale was computer lessons to my friends when I got a computer as a kid. I did not get any repeat business because I usually ended up showing them what I can do and not really teaching them anything |

Made my first $100 in 2 weeks with a Lead Generation Platform for Network Marketers called Online Sales Pro. All through free traffic. Prior to that, I had troubles making anything more than $10. I guess, the trainings the system had inside their back office definitely helped a lot. Don't give up! |

I made my first $100 on the internet making YouTube videos about video games. It took me years but I wasn't trying to make money from it. When I decided to get into making money online my first $100 came from fiverr gigs, that took about a month maybe less.

Interesting question. For me, first online income of > $100 is more than 15 years ago, so I had to dig back through the archives a bit to find out where it came from: Turns out the first $100 was a mix of advertising revenue from a banner ad network called Burst Media, and affiliate commissions from TravelNow. We were also doing direct-sold advertising and sponsorship deals around that time, but I think they came a few months later. First $100 took about 15 months from when we started working on the site - and about 10 months from when it went live. From memory we hadn't been in a huge hurry to bring revenue in - we were more focused on building a great website and building traffic. In fact I'm not sure we were really clear about how we'd make money - we just saw an opportunity to build something great, and figured that if lots of people used it, we'd find a way to make money. And that's more or less how it worked out. I kept notes of my daily work activities that I've just unearthed to answer this - online business was certainly very different in 1999. Thanks for the trip down memory lane! |

Well Linzz I have to say to you that you are really stubborn and determined, so you will eventually make money on the Internet. I guess your videos are not targetting long tails, If so, you already will have generated some money from then. Try wide markets, not niches. Try making a lot of post within one website. Now making money on the Internet is much harder than it used to be.

As the topic said how did you make your first $1 online? Are you still doing it and have you managed to go full time online? For me my firs dollar was from a PTC program called Neobux. Today I run a full time Solo Ad business and a coaching program. |

Mine was freelance writing for a content mill. I still do freelance writing, but with informational e-books and for private clients, and have also spun off my freelance writing services into a successful SEO business. It all started with that first article for a content mill back in 2006, though.

I bought a political news website and made money (not much) from advertising. Learnt a lot from that. I then realised you can build a much more lucrative business through creating your own content.

I can't remember if it was a share-a-sale commission or an adsense $1 but i do remember that it blew my mind that I made money while I was sleeping.... My parents are immigrants and they always told me you can only make money by working hard. Basically trading time for money, that's the only true way, they said! I love my parents but they were wrong..... |

My very first $1 was from a PTC program. Obviously, I didn't know what I do today. Today I don't bother with PTC programs! It was, however, my first dollar online and the realization that it is actually possible to make money online, so I guess some good came out of it |

Hi everyone. I firstly apologize for posting unrelated to the topic. If there's a forum member who has experience with stiforP, i have a question that i hope to find the answer here. I just checked my pre-enrollee stiforP account today after long time idling, in my Genealogy there have been 21.049 Paid Members under me in the Powerline. Seeing this number of paid members, i'm now planning to join stiforP membership under the Option 3 (Yearly Membership Plus which costs $149.95 per year + $50 sign up fee). The question i need the answer is, if i join stiforP today, will those 21.049 Paid Members still be placed under me in the matrix and powerline? If those 21.049 paid members are placed under me once i join the membership, then this will earn me around $5,000 next month. But i don't know how their system works, either placing me above all those paid members once i'm joining or even dropping me under them for joining late than everyone. I've been searching the answer over the internet for a long time, and still never find even a single answer. I really hope you guys would share your experience regarding my question. thank you everyone, and forgive me for my bad English. |
