Need help getting 'likes' for my DJ profile

Hey guys, I have this dj profile DJ Druid DJ • kaZantip.com 2012 • join me at the kaZantip festival • the place for Sport Addicts and Crazy Party Animals! • http://kaZantip.com • http://facebook.com/kaZantip.festival and i require to generate votes which come in the form of people hitting the facebook 'like' button embedded on the page

I was wondering if any one can help me with advise on how to generate people to the page and get more 'likes' and hopefully win the competition?

  • The first thing that I will recommend is to get a Facebook fan page created. Check out Fiverr if you don't want to spend much. On the Facebook fan page have a strong incentive for the person to press the like button. Have an arrow pointing to your like button as a first thing that the visitor sees. Give the person some sort of incentive to click the like button which will be listed directly below. The easiest way for you to drive targeted traffic to that fan page is to use Facebook ppc to target pages where people that are interested dj's would hang out. You would know the places better than me on where to find your target audience.

    • ok cool i will message you now, its not facebook fan likes i need though, its likes on that page which is external to facebook but has a facebook like button embedded in it
