For New Affiliates What's the best option?

For a new affiliate marketer like me what niche should i start promoting?

What should i start with, digital products or physical products.

    Most will tell you digital, but don't rule out physical. There are too many good sources of physical products out there. Stick to something of interest to you either way. You can usually dig your way into good profits if your heart is into it. Good place for digital is Clickbank but that doesn't mean its easy.

    Pick a niche that you will be able to wake up each day without having to force yourself to work. Most marketers will say choose desperate niches which is good, but I say do a combo of desperate and a area you can be passionate about. In the past I used to target the male enhancement niche and did ok. I disliked every single day because I did not like the niche. Now I enjoy my niche and the time I put in doesn't feel like work. I found a sub niche that has hungry buyers combined with a area I am passionate about.

    Something with lots of demand, passionate people and (as jamesrich1 said) something you can stick to.

    There have been good posts related to your question.

    Whatever you decide to do, make sure you take action and stick to your plan. That is the biggest mistake I see, people who jump from one idea to the next and get no where.

    If you're new to IM choose a niche which you are interested in yourself so you won't quickly grow tired of it. But before deciding to promote that niche/product, you may want to look at the level of competition that niche has when it comes to getting traffic. For your first adventure/site you will probably want to stick with something that has low competition so you will be able to "easily" get some traffic and experiment to see what works and what doesn't.

    The niche you decide to go into really depends on two things: your interests and profitability. You're gonna have to stick with whatever niche you choose to make big money. You need to make sure it's profitable so that you have enough products to promote and are able to find a way to get your foot in the door, so to speak. Here are some examples of profitable niches:

    learn Spanish

    learn guitar

    pet care industry

    gardening

    cooking

    weight loss

    dating

    make money

    quit smoking

    video games

    electronics

    sports

    Some of the above niches are more profitable than others. You kind of just have to pick one and dive in.

    First time I started with digital products from ClickBank. As a beginner I had no more idea what to do, how to do and some programs didn't accept my application that was the big problem. Now, I have good experience and selling both digital and physical.
