About facebook app I can't add it to my page, please HELP!

INTERNET MARKETING

this is my app Prueba123 on Facebook | Facebook but I just can't find the way to add it to my page, it does not give me any option to add to any ´page, it actually does not show any options on the left or right, can you tell me how to solve that issue??? PLEASE!!!

Just add a page tab where you want it to appear:
Page Tab Tutorial - Facebook Developers
