Question about Paypal and Lifting Limits

Recently i opened a new paypal account.

Well it came the day where they ask you to provide further documents for lifting the $2500 limit which you usually get if you open a new account.

So i sent them photo ID and a bill showing our address. I am pretty sure that the documents are all what they need since i did this already in the past with another account.

When i check the status now in the resolution center it says "in progress" and "we contact you if we have further questions". (Indicating they received the documents)

But when i log-in to the account it still says my action is required to lift the limits, as it did before i uploaded the documents - and then takes me to the page asking to upload ID and proof of residence...

I uploaded the documents approx (?) a 5 days or so ago...just wondering whether someone can confirm that this is a little confusing on my end...

Have you tried calling them? I have found that they are usually pretty helpful over the phone and will try to resolve the issue while you are talking to them.

    Good luck!!

I have a business account with paypal. All I had to do is confirm a bank account and my social security number, and they lifted my limit.

If you uploaded your documents on one of these days then you can expect a reply in next couple of days because work might have slowed down because of holidays.

And did you add your credit card there?

Yes this is what i am thinking also, maybe it's just a normal delay due to holiday.
My bank account has already been added and verified a while ago.
