You need a Windows based VPS that allows remote access, assuming all your apps are Windows based. Prices are based on disk space, bandwidth, memory etc etc. Basic one will set you back around $15-20 a month, high spec one will be much more.

Just do a google search for Windows VPS to find plenty. It really depends on your budget and what you are going to use the server for.

Sleeping looses me money...amazon looks alot cheaper i just need to understand how it works it looks complicated too
