Article Syndication

Hi, can anyone advise which article syndication serves better purpose for the rankings of my site; article dashboard, market samurai or unique article wizard? I believe there are few people who've tested on different article syndication networks, so any other besides these would be welcome as well.

    I think you're very confused about what syndication is.

    Article Dashboard is an article directory and I've never even put an article there let alone tested to see if people would syndicate an article from there to their own sites.

    Samurai is a keyword and competition tool. It has nothing to do with syndication. They did have a course called Article Samurai but this also had little to do with syndication, more a big blog network.

    Unique Article Wizard is I believe a spinner and mass directory submitter. This definately has nothing to do with article syndication.

    Look up Alexa Smith, Myob or Bill Platt (TPW) I learned a lot from them personally. Paul Myers has an excellent book called Content Cash on the subject.

    Article syndication is about getting well crafted articles directly in front of your target audience, which incidentally are on authority sites, blogs, offline mags and online ezines, not article directories.

      None of what you mention above really has anything to do with syndication at all, in the sense that article marketers use the term.

      May be i misunderstood; however you yourself seemed to be contradicting with what you are saying, if that is the case. Online ezines is an article directory, so is buzzle, idea marketers, search warp, associated content etc.

      However having said that, article samurai does have syndication system in place where you can submit your article to different quality network of blogs and i presume so does 'unique article wizard', correct me if i am wrong.

        You're wrong (at least) in your fundamental misunderstanding of what "syndication" refers to, in this sense. You seem to be confusing it with automated submission by software.

        I urge you to read the thread linked to above, and the links inside it, which will clarify the whole subject to you. At the moment, you're missing the point in rather an extreme way.

        By the way, "Buzzle" has understandably changed its entire business model after the Panda updates and is no longer really an "article directory" any more, in that it allows no external links at all (not even in a resource box). Predictably enough, its seriously bizarre policy, prior to the Panda updates, of accepting and publishing only previously unpublished content (:rolleyes didn't help it at all. So you can cross that one off your list.

        Yup but you didn't say that. In your OP you only mentioned article dashboard, not once did you mention the term "Online Ezines". Had you said "Article directories" instead of mentioning one of thousands, it would have been different. Besides an Ezine is an online magazine, not a directory. That's why Ezine Articles is called so, because that's where Ezines were originally mean't to go to "syndicate" content onto their ezine, from EZA.

        I've had Market Samurai since it came out and I've never seen that but are you sure you don't mean their recently released "Article Samurai" which does the same thing? EDIT - I stand corrected you can submit to your site and beyond. As mentioned though, this still isn't syndication, it's article submission.

        Unique Article Wizard spins an article then mass submits it. This is not syndication it is mass article submission. They are two very different models.

        I really do suggest you read the posts Alexa pointed you to, if you like, tomorrow, I'll get on Skype and explain the difference if you prefer?

    Richard: I have tested Article Dashboard. It is nothing more than a link dump.

    Ezine Articles was originally started to serve ezine (online newsletter) owners. These days, spam blogs seem to think it is all the rage, although some ezine owners still use it.

    IdeaMarketers.com is one that is seldom mentioned that actually has proven somewhat effective in my testing, but I only occasionally use it.
