Can Someone Explain the Rationale Behind This?

Ok, so I and many others purchased a VERY good WSO on local offline marketing. Which is apparently still open...which has been abandoned..and to make matters worse the page where we used to be able to login to get the software and view the videos/chat with the creators is now replaced by latin. So now, no one can get at what they purchased. God help anyone if they lose the files or didn't download the videos.

My question is: WHY do this?! People paid for access in good faith, and it was a one-time fee. And now, there are no updates, no way to access things and no communication on the thread.

Those of you that know me, know I'm a pretty laid back guy, but come on, this has to stop.

EDIT: I looked through my purchase emails and managed to get access again, still I don't understand this.

    well, I understand your anger and get your point... that's bad for business and it's bad for owners of that product... I don't know how to explain it except that people sometimes abandon their projects and literally forget their obligations to customers...

    Is there any support email to contact about this problem and get something solved?

    Yup. And I did, so we'll see if they respond. I got access by going through my purchase emails. I keep them all organized and lablled but some might not be as...obsessive as me, so I can see it being a problem.

    Some people just don't care about scamming whoever they want. The guy might not of had too much success with the project and might of just said screw this. He wasn't concerned with who he hurt. Those type of people are usually always going through a lot of drama and frustration. I know your out of money but try not to stress over it. Frustrated thinking brings more frustrating situations.

    Thanks James. Like I said, I managed to find the access page again so things are good on that end, but still, if you're not going to support your product, why sell it?
