Getting orders on my website but NO ONE is paying!?!? HELP! =/

Hi guys,

I have a new website that provides service based products. I'm using Wufoo form integrated with paypal to receive payments.

I just ran a facebook campaign and had about 10 people put in the order.

But, NONE of those people actually paid when they were redirected to paypal page from my website to make the payment.

These orders were from pakistan, india and italy.

I have no idea why they would all spend the time to fill out the order form on my site but don't actually pay when they get redirected to paypal payment page.

I'm not sure why.. I dunno if paypal isn't big in those countries but I don't think that'd be a big issue since paypal can accept creditcard payments as well.

Perhaps, people got scared since paypal payment page looked completely different from my website design wise?!

Any ideas?!

I've read on the WF that India seems to have issues with Paypal. I'm not sure if it has to do with the fees or if people from India can't have Paypal accounts or something. I wish I could remember exactly. I've heard the problem echoed a number of times in here, so it's pretty big. I don't know about the other countries.

People from India can only receive payments using PayPal.

They can not pay with PayPal. Maybe that is the problem.

Maybe you could try moneybookers or other payment processors. Google it.
