Try to ping your articles and check if your targeted keyword is not saturated. Check also your author box if you think when you read it, you will visit the link.

I wouldn't be spinning my articles, if I were you. The search engines much prefer unique, quality content. Make use of forums in your niche as well as blog commenting. These two things can bring you a lot of traffic. It's important that you add value so that people will want to click on your links. Don't just leave your link in the comment section. Put it in the website url section, and just write a comment in response to the post.

You've probably already done this, but sign up for "Google Webmasters Tools" for the domain to make sure the index worked okay.

I don't have personal experience with sites like this so I can't give you great answers on "when". I have noticed a Google traffic boost around the 3 month mark for some sites I've launched. One explanation is that Google will doc your ranking for the first 3 months (especially on new domains) to avoid fly-by-night spam sites. Google only likes well established spam sites

        What's wrong here?
Should I write a unique article for every article submission website? I am not that crazy to write one unique article for one backlink?

If Traffic is all you are looking for...then start using:

          Social Networking Sites
Social Networking Aggregators like PING.FM, Onlywire, Buzzify.FM
          Social Networking Communities like TribePro.com
Post in some forums that have context for your niche.
And start engaging people about your site...online and offline.

Make sure you did your keyword research well.

Make sure you did a decent job at OnPage SEO for your keyword.

          --------------------------------

If you are testing how well your 30 PR links work...do nothing else. And see what happens.

Google can take weeks to index new links and reflect those links in your SERP.

Good luck in your new niche!

you say bla bla bla... and this is fine because we all know what process you went though.

    and therein lies the problem.

you, my friend, have been "had". you got an exact match name, whacked up some content, ranked a bit and expect to be making money. well i've got news for you - it's 2012 and this simple little process just won't cut it any more.

honestly, you write this with such flippancy and expectation that it really frustrates me. you go on to say you spun articles "just for a backlink", and you really start to tick me off.

instead of spinning the **** out of your (i'm guessing) already pretty poor content, why don't you spend your time trying to make something that is actually of some use to everybody. the acid test - look at your site as a complete outsider and ask yourself "would I really find this useful?". if the answer is "no", look at how you can improve what you've got. and I mean, REALLY look, because the days of making even a modest amount of money online with little effort are shrinking. and this is coming from somebody who started just 13 months ago.

bla bla bla is process where I install plugins, edit my theme for better CTR etc..
I write unique articles for my website, and just spin them for next article submissions , what you expect from me? To write a unique article for each website where I want to submit it? That's horrible.

for a start you don't even need to spin them. secondly, you don't even need to submit to directories.

that's IF the content is worth reading.

unless of course you're putting out low-grade content, in which case spamming (sorry, spinning) would be beneficial. but surely you're not doing that

Depends on the keyword rankings, I recommend trying to get some videos on youtube and including your website URL in the description of the videos. It`s a great way to get targeted traffic.

Unless you are trying to rank for a very low comp keyword phrase, you will need to keep building back links to the site. In terms of direct traffic from articles directories, again, it depends on the keywords you used for each of the articles you submitted. if they are mid-to-low-comp keywords then you may start getting some direct traffic from those articles as some of them may rank well (hence become visible to searchers).

You may also need to do some "fine-tuning" in terms of on-page optimization, which I don't know how much you have done...

One of my niche sites that were targeting a mid-comp long tail keyword phrase got the first sale in 4 days purely because one of the articles ranked (articlebase) on the top page of Google (I think it was #6 or 7). If i was targeting higher comp keywords, that would not have happened for sure.

    Good luck

Build back links through various methods such as blog commenting, social bookmarking, web 2.0 properties, etc. There's a slew of great products out there that will do all of this for you with a few clicks of a button. PM me if you'd like to know more about what I use and recommend.

How many visitors you get depends on many factors such as the competition you have for the particular keyword, what methods have you used to build backlinks and so on.

The easier the competition the higher the chances of ranking with an exact match domain name, however I would recommend you to build authority backlinks instead of article directories and blog commenting

Matt's right, gone are the days of throwing up any old crap.

I use textbroker, which is very affordable, and can get good, readable content.

Also, no ones mentioned video, I've been using it on my sites and my bounce rate has come down over 10%

    Google likes this.

Also, I've been having good results with social adr, I opted in for their black friday offer, got free month...
