How Much Could I Sell This Site For

My site is in the same niche as this site: hairstylesin dot com but i has much less visitors. Around 250 per day. 600 pageviews.

How much could i get for this site. I didn't put any adsense on it so far. But i guess it could easily generate $100 per month. But i think it has potential to earn much more.

      You can't guess, you have to show how much money it makes over time (not just one month). With no history of revenue, it is worth whatever it costs to design (if that).

      YES I AGREE. you will know the REAL value fo the site once you have some real proof on how much money you can make. like any business, its worth whatever it can generate in the end after all expenses. that's how you know the true value. GL

    It already ranks for as much as 2 000 long tail keywords. Yes it ranks for 2 000 short and longtail keywords.

    I have already said it may generate 100$ per moth from adsense/affiliate programs.
    But i won't sell it for less than $1500. Do you think i could get this price for 10 000 visitors per month site.

      If you want to sell a site its always 100% better if you can show proof of income.

      You are better off trying to monetize your site, recording the evidence then putting it up for sale....

      People are not going to pay $1500 for a site unless you can justify it!

    What you can sell it for depends largely on what it is generating (and how steadily, and over how long a period), not on what you guess it could generate. That's because when the buyers, with cash in hand, wanting to buy sites, are choosing which to buy, they'll typically go for one with proven income now, rather than one with a vendor who "guesses it could easily generate ...". Just as you would yourself, if you were a buyer, I think?

    If you cannot wait for a month to monetize your website,
    earn money from it as proof before selling, look elsewhere
    for emergency cash you may need now. Today's website
    flipping is a function of NET PROFITS your site makes.

    Targeted traffic ONLY is okay but not sufficient for quick
    sale.

    I doubt you would get much for it unless you monetize it and get some revenue from it. All you've done is build a starter site and many people can do that themselves.

    Rule of thumb to calculate your website value:

    10 x your website revenue = Website Value, or...

    12 x your website revenue = Website Value


    Tips:
    If you sell the site on Flippa. Don't sell the site until you get revenue.
    Traffic stats won't make the sale's price high. It will be sold under $100, if the traffic is high but has no revenue.
    Only if your site have get revenue, you can sale it for around $100-$1000

    Find the SE Traffic value on semrush and multiply it by 5% (the CTR). That's what the site might make in a month if adsense was added. Multiply that by around 3-6 and you've got a rough valuation.

      It is $1800 for my site. But i usually get ctr higher than %5.

      So it is $200 a month or $2000 for whole site. This may even be enough for me.

    Hi,
    The value of your website is estimated by the income it brings multiplied by 10.
    So, if you have a website earning $100 month in month, it's worth $1000. I noticed that when flipping websites and observing website sales. Of course, it's not a rule set in stone but it's pretty accurate
