just got my first blog view from a search engine!

Today, I got the first ever blog viewer from a search engine source. Unfortunately, WordPress won't tell me what words they used to find my blog, they just say I was found by Google search. Any way of finding out?

Do you have Google Analytics installed? Usually this will tell you what keywords are used to find your site.

Congrats I remember how excited I was the first time I saw traffic come in from Google. Definitely go ahead and install Google Analytics so you can see exactly where the traffic is coming from. You can also use the plugin WPShortStat. It's not as accurate but it's a nice glimpse of what keywords and referring sites are bringing in the traffic.
