If you're good with the technical issues, you can probably help me with this...

My firefox(2.0.0.15) has been behaving oddly for the last few days -- not displaying images properly at one time and flashing the website code all over the screen at the next.

So I tried to install other browsers like firefox 3, safari, seamonkey and chrome. But every installation file I try to run either says the file is corrupt or doesn't launch at all.

I mean, all of these files can't be corrupt at the same time, can they?

The old installation files I already have on my harddrive seem to work well. Only the new ones that I download end up being corrupt and don't run.

Is this a virus problem? How do I fix this?

PS: I tried re-installing the firefox 2.0.0.15 that I already had on my harddrive and even though I was successful in doing that, the problem with firefox still hasn't gone away. So probably you can help me with that also.
