You aren't allowed to use any Amazon marks on your site. So, no.

Just in general it's not going to hurt to read all of Amazon's Terms of Service agreement for being an affiliate...just how far can you push the envelope and still be okay with them?

Read the TOS and Marks guidelines, but still not clear........

So are you not allowed to use any Amazon logos at all? I ask this with the wp-zonbuilder plugin in mind which renders Amazon 'buy it now' 'more details' buttons for you?

It's fine as long as you are redirecting them to actual products that offer the up to of that %

I saw somebody said it is ok at bhw and i am not clear for that, I also ask amazon today, but no answer yet.
I redirect them to the product list other than just one product, thats the point I am not clear. Is it ok if i redirect them to the product list at amazon?
      thanks again.

  • Definitely you will get banned. You shouldn't use Amazon marks anywhere on your picture. Check out on the rules there.

Amazon is very protective of its brand. They want you to use their creatives because their creatives have passed rigorous test to make sure they do not aggravate the consumer.
If you post "up to 65% off" and then when the visitors clicks on the link they are taken to the main amazon page--- to amazon that is misleading the potential buyer.
Think about it, if your banner was all over the net--- people would start thinking, those banners are BS, nothing is 65% off at Amazon, Amazon is a scam.
That is what Amazon wants to avoid.
By Amazon TOS requirements, when the user clicks on a link or banner, they must be aware where the link is going to take them AND they must land on the page representative of the link. So if the link says "65% off", when users click on it--- they have to land on a page that is 65% off.

Any creative that you use on your site must be approved by amazon.

I can almost assure you that they will NOT approve that one that you are using.

I don't think it's fine, you might get banned for it for using the Amazon mark. Sorry, but please change it man.

If YOU create a new image ad using bits and pieces of Amazon's images, that is NOT ok, because Amazon did not create the entire image.

If you LINK to an ad image that they created on their site, that should be fine.

P.S. This is NOT legal advice or a representation of Amazon's terms of service or media usage guidelines. I am just trying to help.

When you are not sure... don't do it.
