    I don't think age nor computer knowledge mean anything at how successful you will be.

    It's about business... If you understand business you can make money.

    A good business person hires people smarter than him/herself to get tasks done..

    Hire the right people. Sell the right products/services you will be fine in IM.

    I agree on the age thing not really making a difference. Young or old if you know your market and are able to approach them then you will find yourself making money in your niche.
