Warriors who take advantage of the launch buzz??

I recently read a wso about how when launches happen there are people who google the product and we can make sales at that time..

It seems like a good method..just like the previous many methods i tried.. so has anyone here tried it??.. how much of income can i see if i rank on 1st page of google for good product launch??

That is such a broad question it's insane. Do you mean making a mini site based around a review or info about "XYZ product" with your affiliate link and targeting the keyword "XYZ product"? If this is what you mean, than there is no doubt this can bring in decent commissions using this method. I've done it and know it works.

Sounds like you are talking about the Google Sniper method.

It works, but your sales from that property will be limited to the one product that site is designed to promote.

I like being able to offer more than one product to someone, so a Google Sniper site is not my idea of a good business model.

I do not evolve my whole business model around sniper sites it's just one of the methods I use, I offer multiple products to my subscribers that are in my niche, my list is the backbone of my business, not sniper sites. Never do I offer just one product to my list, but I have 22 different sniper sites and yes, all of them are just offering one single product that bring in commission every month so I know it works. Everyone's opinion is different

Yeah, your question is pretty scattered but I kinda get the gist of what you are saying.

And to throw in my 2 cents, I would say that people usually Google the product being launched to see what other sweet bonuses they can get from affiliates. I know that if I ever bough a product via ClickBank this is what I would do. Whoever has the best bonuses would then get my purchase.

Yea I do mean sort of the google sniper method.. I dont mind making multiple sites for different types of product launches.. Only if its a profitable business..

I dont want to offer much bonuses cause then you have to verify and stuff like that..so just focussing on the review part.

Ayush, you have to give free bonuses of people won't buy!

Example: there are people out there giving away free iPads for big launches.

Now, who are they going to buy from? You or the guy that gives them a free iPad?

What I would do is I would go for less ambitious launches than those where the competition is giving away such high prized items.

I would give bonuses that equaled my affiliate earnings - that way even though I don't make any money, I am able to build my list in that market with everyone that opted in for the bonuses. It can get tricky but this is what some marketers excel in doing.

You have to offer a bonus when dealing with an IM launch, a lot of your potential customers will have Clickbank accounts and this is one way to get them to buy through your link rather than try to save money by using their own link.

      Good luck!

I used this method for a few big launches about a year ago. All times I was able to get on page 1 of Google. Had all my bonus offers lined up. Had no promotion, no list, nothing other than just being on page 1 of Google....

I made ZERO sales on any of the launches from those pages.

Not trying to dissuade anyone from trying the method. Just putting my experience in there. When I was able to rank in the top 5 for a major launch, I thought my earnings were going to explode. Didn't happen.

I guess for those who have a lot of money to start such marketing strategies. That means that there is a big product coming out or at least they make it seem big.

You do that if you want to get some reputation points and be one step in front of your competition. If you can make a lot of buzz you can benefit from it a lot!

Seems like a waste of time and money.

I know it's big on "bring the fresh" and they have thousands of members, all with years of experience, seo experts on command, and deep pockets.

I bet it's an old, finished business model, apart from the big players.

There is to much money involved in the big products.

I just find it hard to believe that a newbie would make any decent money.

Like Daniel said, you def get points if you rank high in the affiliate sales list. A great way to cross promote each other once you get a reputation for being a top seller - even though you might not be making any money at first. Yet you are building your list and your reputation.

And it doesn't have to be an Ipad. I remember a guy recently giving away a pearl necklace as part of an Internet Marketing program bonus. =D

There are a lot of products out there promoting this method. As it gets more competitive, your bonuses have to be really good. As mentioned above, what do you have that the others won't, to convince people to buy from you. I wouldn't recommend building a business around this method, simply to make affiliate sales.

It would be a good idea, however, to capitalize on the traffic generated from these launches to build your list.

It can be really competitive, especially if the item is going to be heavily promoted or is a high ticket item. however, if your good at seo, and can get the site ranking fast, you can make a LOT of money.
