ALN Rules of accepting a website?

Hey guys ...
I want to join ALN. What are some rules to follow in order to submit a website to them.
I am looking to buy a pr1 or 2 website install req wordpress version and submit it to them.
But the thing is what is the surety that they will accept it?
The domain is pr2. Got lots of backlinks. There is a IM related blog installed on it at the moment which is receiving 40 unique visitors per day.
But the weird thing is the anchor text of backlinks are like adult sites. But at the moment there is a IM related blog installed.
I want to know will they accept the blog or not?
I dont really want to waste my money.

    If its a valid PR blog it should not be a problem. Otherwise i would simply email Maulana/support...but i never had a problem adding a valid site in their system.

      I have posted in the support forum, No replies from them.
      Is there a support email do share with me.
      The pr is valid. I have checked it on rank checker, seo quake plugin for firefox and some other tools. Got thousands of backlinks seen them through majestic seo.
