Best way to upload 1000s of videos on Youtube?

Does anybody have any experience of pumping out lots of videos in Youtube?

I am looking for a system that i can use for example : uploading from different IP addresses, different accounts etc.

Any programs that change your IP for example? How do you do it?

IMO all those video uploading tools are taken down by YT. You can hire us if you have good budget for uploading jobs manually.
