Best WP plugin for back-up and hack avoidence?

With so many choices to protect and back-up I cant possibly dive in to this category based on a sales letter and testimonials - Looking for SOLID solution for backing up WP sites and membership sites and the best tools to prevent hackers.

    If you aren't using a plain vanilla setup, don't trust shared hosting services, even my favorite HostGator. Go VPS or Cloud so you don't have a 'neighbor' problem. Finally, no plugin or automated solution will cover every base. Go over to Packd Publishing and buy WordPress 3 Ultimate Security. Read it. Learn it. Use it.

    Or forget everything I said and host with my neighbors and fellow Austinites at WPEngine. They have hardening and security nailed and you can sleep at night hosting with them.

      For security, in addition to CloudFlare, there is also Incapsula. FYI, Incapsula offers in their free plan the security that CloudFlare has in their paid plan.
