Is it fine to have a web page that says "You are being redirected to Product X page"?

Would this make a lot potential buyers of an affiliate product freak out?

Also, I sometimes use iFrames to put hop links in to help make sure they get the cookie from my affiliate link. Is this fine?

If you click on the "order now" button on Paydotcom.com's payment link, you will get automatically redirected to Paypal. But during this 15 second wait, you will get a message that says "Please wait while we redirect you to Paypal". Doesn't seem to hinder their sales.

Instead of using iFrames, just stick with the basics. Find an affiliate cloaker and cloak your affiliate links as normal.
