    Have you tried fiverr? There are alot of people doing video gigs and you can propose the project to them and see how much they will charge you.

    If you'r looking for a simple screen recording/ppt narration then you can do it on own own for free. Look at screenr.com to know more.


    If you'r looking to make advance videos (high quality graphics, music etc), then you may visit following websites :

    1) Warrior For Wire Section - Warriorforum -- It has many ads of video making service.
    2) Fiverr - Cheap video making service ($5) - Make sure you order the gig which has many positive reviews.
    3) Odesk/Freelancer - Use these sites if you are looking to make many videos. You can find part time/full time workers.
    4) Animoto.com - Join the website if you want to create videos yourself.
    5) Xtranormal.com - Very good platform for creating animated videos. (they provide backgrounds, music, animated characters etc).

    If you Give them all your Info Evernano.com Makes Great looking Videos, and you cant beat the Price... Check them out. They Have Tons of Themes to Pick From and last time I used them it cost me $5 for a Great looking 30sec Video... I must have Got about 12 From them now... I always go there... They are Based on Fiverr but you can see all their themes at Evernano.com On Fiverr just Type in Evernano into the Search Bar and they come up...
