    A great way to find out what you are ranking for is to make sure you have google anlaytics installed on all your sites. Then you can see which keywords your traffic is using to get to your site.

    This will give you a good indication of what you are ranking for.
    You'll be amazed what keywords you rank for without even trying.

    I would recommend Google Webmaster Central. You will have to wait to get information about your site (I mean like one week), but it will show you exactly what keywords your website is ranking for and on what spot you are in Google. I can't get it how I could live without it. It is such a help for me.

      Yes this one helps. Check your Google Webmaster Tool and look for keywords that your site is already getting rankings.
