How To Get Your Girlfriend/Boyfriend back Affiliate Products?

I have a site , now ranked posn 2 on google.com for a KW about 'moving on after a break up' (as in a relationship break up and how to move on in your life after that) . It gets about 30-50 visitors per day . Question - i am thinking of trying to sell the site on flippa (i have no experience there) . The site is PR2 and about 1 yr old. Would it have any value??
Anyhow , my original question was: has anyone had any experience with affiliate ebooks in the 'How To Get Your Girlfriend/Boyfriend back' niche. I was thinking of trying them on my site. If not , any other ideas of how to monetise such a site or sell it for a reasonable price would be much appreciated
