Buying Registered or Expored Domains w/ PR
Is it worth buying registered domains with PR if I quickly upload relevant unique content? Will the PR disappear at the next PR update? There is a domain I see for sale with a PR of 2 that is relevant to some of my niches. It currently has a parking page on it. It doesn't appear to be a faked PR.
My other questions is about buying expired domains with PR. Would you lose the PR at the next update?
Thoughts on this? Is it worth the investment or too risky? Thanks!
