how to get a good master resell rights product

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm not new to IM and am looking for a reputable product that I can purchase master resell rights to and begin selling. Where is the best place to find these? I don't want run of the mill or some PLR that everyone else is trying to promote.

I'm looking for fresh, different, small niche, that type of thing. I have a lot of experience in php, computers, and self help. So anything in those categories might be cool...but I'm just out of the loop these days.

If you want something that is fresh and different you are probably going to have to find somebody to write it.
