Need advice selling website

Hello

I have a clickbank related website which generates ~500 unique visitors per day. I havent made any sales yet, but i would like to move on with other projects in different niche. Mu site is How To Get Laid – Discover How To Seduce Women . If you are good in IM then you can easily monetise this site it CPA or Adsense, but i dont have motivation to do that. How do you recommend selling it and what would be the price.

Thanks

    Hi,

The price would really depend on analytics proof of traffic. Since you say you have not yet made any sales, you will need to play hard on potential and the existing traffic. This is a good niche so if you have the traffic, I would say set the bidding at $100 and see where it goes. A lot will depend on if you actually have and can prove the traffic.

I have heard so much bad things about google analytics, I'm just bit afraid to install it. However, I have made some screenshots from hostgator CPanel and Google webmaster tools. I hope they give enough value for my site in flippa..

Not everyone has to sell very basic information to make a living

@ OP - Best bet is to start it on Flippa with a $1 starting bid. No real way of determining what it's going to go for as it will depend on the quality of your sales copy and whether or not you get at least 2 bidders going against each other.

Hmm, I must think about that . Tho, I'm bit scared that I will end up with ~20$. But I think you know more about flipping sites than me. How long should then be the auction? As I would like to get this as short as possible

You can always set a reserve if you are worried about that. If you don't there's always a risk to run, but it generally works out pretty well. I've used that strategy for years with low end sites and am rarely disappointed by the end result.

Looks like you've put some time into the site. It's not my niche (happily married for over 30 years!) but imho, you won't get more than $100 as it sits.

It would be helpful if you had some sales. People are interested in buying proven properties. Visitors are nice, but they don't pay the bills.

Spend an hour or so making your call to actions stronger and get people to the Clickbank page. If the sales letter there is strong enough (and I only scanned it, so I don't know for sure...) then you'll start to see some cash coming in.

Once you have some sales, the site becomes a much more valuable property.

flippa seems to be the obvious choice but like most people has said the value will go up if you can start generating traffic that will buy your product.

Assuming this isn't PLR, find competitors in the niche and see if they'd like to buy all the rights to your site and product. They might be able to use it as a bonus, upsell, email autoresponder, etc.

I would work on improving your site a bit more before you put it up on Flippa
