hostgator experts needed!

Hello, The only thing I have ever used hostgator for making sites using wordpress. I was wondering if there are any site builders or anything on hostgator to make plain 1-column sites with a custom header. I would use the hostgator sitebuilder but you can only use them for the primary domain (unless I am misinformed).

    Hi, I use Hostgator. I've never used this, but under Fantastico Deluxe, there is something called Templates Express.
    The description is:

    Short description: Use Templates Express to install static templates to your website. You will need to use FTP and edit the html files, replacing the default text with your own text. Standard information like title, name, address and similar will be collected during installation and placed into the installed template in the appropriate locations.

    Under the personal section there are 4 basic templates that are 1 column with a header. PM me if you'd like me to email you a screenshot.

    You could also just do a wordpress install and search for a plain theme.

    I do not use site builders, I code everything by hand but I am also a developer..

    Why not have a pre-template built and keep it on your hard-drive and copy it everytime you want to use it ??
