Facebook apps for photo voting! urgent!
I need to get facebook apps for PHOTO VOTING SYSTEM.
I need to use it to run a contest to vote for these few participants on certain things.
The photo voting system, will need to be hosting on a server, and also user need to like first before they can vote. The app will verify based on the user profile, not based on ip. Meaning one profile can only vote once
Any idea where can I get this kind of apps? Or which plugin can i use to create?
