Hi Everyone

Does anyone know of a good software developer. I'd like to have software developed to manage investment properties

I will also go to places like elance to find one but I thought I would check to see if anyone could recommend one.

        I would suggest you use services such as Elance or oDesk. You'll be able to see the developer's previous reviews to have confidence of his/her quality.

    Elance works great for me. Make sure you get the potential providers to do something for you i.e. produce wireframes, requirements documents, etc during the pre-sales process so you can see that they understand your project. It also gives you the opportunity to see what their quality of work is like, response times, english language skills etc. If they don't get your idea during the sales process, the odds are they never will...
